Week #8
Things are picking up pace, and I am finally enjoying the run. As hectic as grad school can get, I feel I am now finding a balance that works for me. One that includes all the things in the right amount. The week was pretty packed with assignments throughout the week and some socializing during the weekend. A lot of work I am doing for the class might not turn into projects that I put on harshitbeni.com, but I am figuring out how to add them to my website, as many of the assignments have turned out very well.
Finally tried Cheesecake Factory, and it was good, but not as good as I had expected it to be. On the other hand, the kulfi I had at the Indian store was surprisingly pretty good. I am craving it as I write this.
This week I went to a 'Glyph Potluck' event that one of my friends had invited me to. I didn't have any expectations for the event, thinking I would leave in an hour, but the event was super interesting. We all made various glyphs of the alphabet and combined them to create the potluck font with everyone's glyphs combined. It came out pretty well.
All in all, a pretty packed week!
